When you are engaging a cleaning service, in the first instance, we, Diamond Standard Cleaning Ltd, as the service provider, will talk to you about your needs; we will visit you in your home, so as to meet you in person and see the areas that require cleaning. We will then advise you on what we can offer and quote a clear price for our services, to meet your personal needs. You can expect to be told which cleaning products & equipment are included as part of the arrangement.

BUILDERS CLEAN/SPARKLE CLEAN
Whether it’s a new build, a refurbishment or an extension, they all have one thing in common DUST! If there are large amounts of dust or a time delay between the Builders clean and moving in, we often split the clean into the bulk builders clean and a separate Sparkle Clean immediately prior to moving in.
A Builders Clean focuses on removing dust and building residue such as grout, stickers, packaging and paint flecks from all surfaces including windows and appliances. Bringing everything up to a Sparkle finish.
We bring everything with us to enable us to achieve this.
- A Sparkle Clean is a variant of Builders Clean which takes a property which is largely clean and takes it a show home/” moving in “level of cleanliness.
